NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
Date of Notice: 14th June 2025

Purpose and Vision

The Company is currently reviewing strategies to actively encourage all members to promote our D’InspiredLife (DIL) Portal, including its merchants and their exclusive discounts, to friends and family. This is in line with our short-term goal of reaching 150,000 active members by 31st March 2026, and 500,000 members by the end of 2027.

We seek your support in achieving this target. One of the core objectives of D’InspiredLife Empire is to build a community of cash-rich consumers through entrepreneurship. By promoting the DIL Portal and its merchant discounts, we can foster a network of self-reliant and success- committed Malaysians who support one another in economic and personal growth.

EXISTING MEMBER (as at date of this NOTICE) Policy

To maintain active access to the DIL Portal and merchant discounts, all existing members must meet the following two criteria by 15th January 2026:
1. Upgrade to Level 2
2. Advertise and successfully register at least 5 new members using your personal Invitation Link
Failure to meet both criteria will result in account deactivation and loss of portal access starting 16th January 2026.

To continue maintaining active access to the DIL Portal and utilizing merchant discounts further as well as able to use system to generate income, all existing members must upgrade to Level 7 by 14th July 2026

NEW MEMBER Policy (Taking effect from Date of Notice)
New members who register on or after 14th of June 2025, will receive 180 days (approximately 6 months) of access to the DIL Portal and merchant discounts from the date of registration. Within the 180days, new Members must:-
1. Upgrade to Level 2
2. Register 5 new members via their Invitation Link
Failure to meet both criteria will result in account deactivation and loss of portal access starting on the 181st day.

To continue maintaining active access to the DIL Portal and utilizing merchant discounts further as well as able to use system to generate income, all members must upgrade to Level 7 within another 180 days

Important Note
All members are personally responsible for informing their invitees about these membership criteria. The Company will not be liable for any member’s omission or failure to do so.

Reactivation of Disabled Accounts
Members whose accounts are disabled may submit a one-time appeal within 30 days from the date of deactivation. Reactivation is subject to the Company’s sole discretion and may include specific terms and conditions.
No appeals will be accepted after the 30-day period, and such accounts will be permanently terminated.
